Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via DHL and its international partner carriers. We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely. Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside Germany, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any such fees upon delivery. This shipping term is based on DAP (Delivered At Place).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Domestic: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 10–20 business days
Please note that customs processing or public holidays may delay delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the package leaves our facility, we rely on DHL and their partners to deliver your order safely. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by local authorities. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact DHL directly.
